We are currently offering free postage for all orders over £80 sent within mainland UK. Packages will be despatched via UK Mail couriers. PLEASE NOTE, TO QUALIFY FOR FREE POSTAGE YOUR ORDER MUST BE SENT AS ONE SHIPMENT.

It's very simple to qualify for free postage. Just complete the following steps.
Place over £80 of eligible items in your basket.
Proceed to checkout.
Make sure your items are being delivered to a UK mainland address.
Place your order.
Please remember: to qualify for free postage your order must have a stock value of £80 or more when it is posted. This DOES NOT include, out of stock or pre-ordered items.
You can add items to an existing order to bring it over the £80 mark, so long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. This can be done by proceeding through checkout as normal, and the each additional item will be merged into your outstanding order automatically.
You can calculate your postage cost by using the tables below.
2xCD, 2xLP, etc are counted as 2 separate items.
We aim to keep our postage and packing charges as low as possible at all times. We will always try and find the cheapest method of sending your goods to you.
Heavyweight LPs have an additional surcharge as shown in the tables below.

delivery normally takes 1-2 working days.
If you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your order confirmation email then you should contact us by using the contact us page.

These rates apply to all UK deliveries except those listed in the tables below. The maximum postage charge to the UK is £8.50.
We also offer a trackable, next day service by UK Mail for a set fee of £8.50. Please contact us if you would like to use this service.
If your parcel weighs more than 2 kilos we will use a courier comparison website to find the most reliable, economical service to deliver your records. Please email us if you'd like to know the cost of this service before we post your parcel.
How do I return faulty items?
While we do our best to ensure all items are of merchandisable quality, we are occasionally supplied with mis-pressed / marked CDs and vinyl. If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to refund if no replacement is available. Please enclose a note with your name, order reference number and a description of the fault. Please email us and we will supply you with the returns address.
